Remote-only education will be a prominent element of teaching and learning during the 2020/21 school year. Some students will choose our 100% at-home learning option, while others will participate in a blended model with only some remote learning throughout the year. Below are important details regarding curriculum, scheduling, and more in our remote learning model.

Looking for our Virtual Academy?
Please note that the BCS Virtual Academy (BCSVA) is a separate at-home learning program. BCSVA is an application based, self-paced program for grades 6-12. Coursework takes place in the Edgenuity platform facilitated by BCS teachers. Visit Virtual.BuncombeSchools.org to find out more.
