Onboarding Forms

Once a candidate is selected, a conditional offer of employment is made to the candidate and a recommendation is sent to HR. New Hire onboarding forms are then emailed to the candidate to complete in Frontline/AppliTrack. 

Candidates will upload the following:

  • Driver's License (or another document that establishes identity)

  • Social Security Card is recommended for payroll purposes (or another document that establishes employment authorization)

  • Health Examination Certificate (within 30 days of start date)

Contact your school/department principal or supervisor for assistance. Alternatively, if you are unable to upload the above documents, you may come in person to BCS Central Office, entrance A, located at 175 Bingham Rd - Asheville, NC 28806.

Note: Due to the Department of Homeland Security / U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services requirements, these documents must also be physically verified in person at the BCS Central Office. Prior to your start date, please bring them with you to entrance A, located at 175 Bingham Rd - Asheville, NC 28806. You will also have your ID badge made at this time.

Prior to reporting to work all new hires must have an ID photo badge made here at the BCS Central Office.

Your employment is contingent upon passing a criminal background check and final approval by the Board of Education.  Employees in full-time, permanent positions are eligible for benefits.
