New Hire onboarding forms are submitted via AppliTrack electronically. Contact your school/department principal or supervisor for instructions.
In addition to filling out the onboarding forms, all employees are required to have an online application on file, have your ID photo badge made at the BCS Administrative Services Central Office and have digital scans made of the following items:
Driver's License & Social Security Card (or other documents to show your identity and authorization to work)
Teaching certificate and certification test result scores (if applicable)
Transcripts for all degrees (if applicable)
Transcript of your Associate’s Degree (if applicable)
Health Examination Certificate (within 30 days of state date)
Alternately, if you are unable to come in person to supply us with the above documents, you may upload them to your application in the "Supplemental Materials" section.
Your employment is contingent upon passing a criminal background check and final approval by the Board of Education. Employees in full-time, permanent positions are eligible for benefits.
