A.C. Reynolds High School students have earned a prestigious award for chronicling a most extraordinary school year. Walsworth Yearbooks, the publishing partner for schools across the country, has selected the school’s yearbook for its “Gallery of Excellence.”
The company selects books based on their themes, overall design, photography, and writing quality.
“Our yearbook theme is ‘Locked In, Breaking Out,’ and we feel It’s a theme of unity,” shared Reynolds yearbook editor Kayley Venters. “We’re all locked in on being Rockets and doing our best to succeed. It also describes the many opportunities here, and a chance to break out of your shell.”
The yearbook staff and advisor Jennifer Linn are especially proud of the quality the book achieved following school days missed due to Hurricane Helene.
Walsworth selects only a handful of books each year for its “Gallery of Excellence.” Company representative Brooke Smith presented a special award to Ms. Linn, principal Ben Alexander, and the Reynolds yearbook staff.
