Earth Day brought our community together in meaningful ways. We extend our gratitude to the planners, volunteers, and staff whose efforts made the day possible. Students engaged with an array of environmental topics, including gardening, composting, water and soil conservation, local community gardens, recycling, and sustainable farming practices. The day concluded with a butterfly release. Earth day at Pisgah provided students with hands-on learning experiences that connected them to the natural world.
