The deadline to OPT-IN for a Buncombe County Public Library card has been extended to Dec. 15! Complete this Public Library Card Request Form to Opt-In. It’s free, and will give your child access to the public library system, including the NC Kids Digital Library. A separate form must be filled out for each child. You’ll need your child’s 10-digit User ID, which can be obtained from their teacher if the child doesn’t know it. Note: In previous years students were automatically enrolled unless parents opted-out; now, an opt-in is required.
