Congratulations to the Class of 2024! Graduation is June 14th, 2024 at 6:00 pm at Harrah's Cherokee Center-Asheville. Important information on tickets, practice, and graduation are available here and through your senior's Class of 2024 Google Classroom.
Each senior will receive five free graduation tickets! If additional tickets are needed, you may purchase them for $10 each. Complete this Google Form (link available in Class of 2024 Google Classroom) to request extra tickets by May 17th to make your ticket requests. You will be able to edit your request before the deadline and we will consider your latest entry to be the final number. Payment for the extra tickets can be made from Monday, May 20th through Friday, May 31st to Ms. Holcombe in the Guidance Office.
All graduation tickets will be available for pick up in the Guidance Office during exam week (June 3rd-7th). Prior to picking up your tickets, seniors must return all school items, including electronic devices, textbooks, library books, and club and athletic equipment. Attendance FFs must be resolved as well.
Parking passes will be available for pick up during ticket pick up in the Guidance Office.
Seating will be General Admission (guests will select their own seats when arriving at the venue).
Each guest will need a ticket, including any child over the age of 1 year. Infants under the age of 1 year will need to sit in the lap of an adult.
Seating for guests with limited mobility/wheelchairs will be accompanied by the staff of Harrah's Cherokee Center-Asheville when entering the venue.
Please make sure you and your group are aware of the Bag Policy at Harrah's Cherokee Center.
Graduation practice is Friday, June 14th at 3:30pm at the arena of Harrah's Cherokee Center-Asheville. Please come dressed and prepared to graduate. Arrive no later than 3:15pm, and remember to allow for parking. Students will not be able to leave in between practice and the ceremony. Food will be provided.
Graduation is Friday, June 14th at 6:00pm. Guest will be able to enter the venue starting at 5:00pm.
Please note: All graduating students will receive their diploma at the end of the ceremony and will exit via the Exhibition Level on Hiawassee Street, which will be closed with no thru-traffic allowed to access this area.
