The warmer months have already been packed with action, from band and athletic camps to our summer bookfair! But what's left?

Here's a (growing) round-up of district-, school-, and teacher-led activities, along with local public resources you'll want to check out.

Thanks to those in our community who have reached out to share these details. To suggest your school's public summer activity, please email communications@bcsemail.org with a one sentence description and a flyer or link for more information.

BCS Support Staff Job Fair: July 25
You're invited to the BCS Support Staff Job Fair. This drop-in event is a great opportunity to speak with directors and principals about job openings and opportunities for the 2019-20 school year. We are hiring bus drivers, instructional assistants, custodians, and school nutrition staff. On top of our competitive pay, BCS also pays a local supplement, which brings starting salaries between $13-16 per hour for permanent employees.

Join us on July 25 from 9 a.m. until noon at the Nesbitt Discovery Academy cafeteria (175 Bingham Road, Asheville, NC 28806). View or share this event with a friend on Facebook.
