Enka Intermediate Dedication Ceremony

Buncombe County Schools proudly announces the official dedication of the new Enka Intermediate School. The ceremony begins at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, August 26, at the school located at 125 Asheville Commerce Parkway in Candler.

A ceremonial ribbon-cutting will follow a short program, which will feature student representatives from the four Enka District feeder schools: Candler Elementary, Hominy Valley Elementary, Pisgah Elementary, and Sand-Hill Venable Elementary.

Student ambassadors will lead general public tours of the school immediately following the dedication until about 1:30 p.m.
